Information you give us. When you book an appointment or contact us through this site, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and anything you write in a message or notes field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site or search that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
What we do not collect here. Please do not send medical history, diagnoses, photographs of treatment areas, or other health information through the website contact form. Health information is collected during your Good Faith Exam and appointment, not through this site.
We do not sell your personal information.
A small number of vendors process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us:
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for basic site function and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, including the booking widget, may not work correctly if you do. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting; our site does not currently respond to those signals.
We keep appointment and contact information for as long as needed to provide care and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then delete it or keep it in de-identified form.
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointment. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment-related messages.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. We may need to verify your identity first, and some information must be retained where the law requires it.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Treatments are provided to adults.
